Yii Performance Monitoring

PHP

Yii (acronym for "Yes It Is!") is an open-source enterprise web application framework that uses a component-based MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) paradigm. This full-featured framework comes with a layered caching scheme that supports data caching, page caching, fragment caching, and dynamic content; the ability to generate complex WSDL (Web Services Description Language) service specifications and manage web service requests; security measures including cross-site scripting (XSS) prevention, cross-site request forgery (CSRF) prevention, cookie tampering prevention, among others; and Internationalization and localization (I18N and L10N) capabilities, among other features and customizations. Yii also integrates seamlessly with third-party PHP code from other frameworks, including Zend.

The AppDynamics platform provides full, code-level visibility into the performance of your PHP application built on the Yii framework. With rapid installation and the most scalable architecture in the industry, AppDynamics solutions help you deploy your applications more quickly and with more confidence.

Distributed transaction tracing

Quickly find performance bottlenecks by tracing transactions across any heterogeneous application environment and correlating PHP calls to downstream Java/.Net/PHP/Node.js tiers.

Web and mobile user experience correlation

Understand the client-side performance impact of business transactions by automatically correlating browser and device performance to originating business transaction performance metrics.

Database / NoSQL visibility

Expand visibility from the user to the database by correlating database performance to originating business transaction performance metrics.
