The AppDynamics Application Intelligence platform empowers DevOps teams within each of the three brands, as well as the operations team that oversees the Group’s infrastructure, to move away from a siloed view of application performance. It is now possible to proactively measure the quality of customer experience across the Group’s site functions such as search, checkout, product comparison, and homepage displays.
The Net-A-Porter Group is built on a foundation of technology innovation and was an early adopter of AppDynamics, and due to this longstanding working relationship the Group’s requirements were built into AppDynamics’ product roadmap.
Today, the Group has approximately 1,000 AppDynamics agents deployed across its hybrid cloud environments, and will scale the solution as it continues to refine its infrastructure.
