During the 2014 holiday shopping season, online and mobile retailers saw a 15 percent increase in holiday spending from that in 2013. Where mobile traffic was concerned, 24 percent of retailers reported growth of 41% year over year. For e-retailers, this means it is increasingly important to prevent application outages.
In this report, more than 350 senior retail executives weighed in on their performance during this time of increased activity, and those that already had a troubleshooting process were 92 percent more likely to have met or exceeded their revenue expectations.
