SAN FRANCISCO – JUNE 23, 2015 – AppDynamics, a leading application intelligence company, today announced the public beta of Server Monitoring, its application-centric server monitoring platform that proactively detects and helps quickly resolve server performance issues in context of business transactions. Server Monitoring is a key component of the AppDynamics Unified Monitoring solution, complementing AppDynamics’ end-user, application and database monitoring to provide end-to-end visibility of application performance and reduced monitoring complexity, all with the goal of optimizing the end-user experience.

An integral part of the AppDynamics Application Intelligence Platform, Server Monitoring provides enhanced host visibility; extended CPU, network and storage performance metrics; a comprehensive dashboard; and detailed process list information.

Finally, the system integrates with incident and alerting systems including ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and Jira.
