Goodbye Nodetime, Hello AppDynamics!

Nodetime is shutting down on August 31, 2015. Our journey with Node.js continues with an enhanced Node.js monitoring solution from AppDynamics.

While this announcement is also posted on our site, I wanted to reach out to you and share this news directly.

You do not have to do anything today. However, we strongly recommend that you begin preparing your transition soon. You will receive an additional email with instructions on how to migrate from Nodetime to AppDynamics.

If you do not want to wait for our new Summer ‘15 release, you can still benefit from the myriad of features currently available by creating an account today. You can then upgrade when the new version is available this summer.

It has truly been an honor to be such an integral member of the Node.js community since we originally launched in 2010. With cutting-edge features such as CPU and Heap Profiling, Nodetime has helped customers all over the world with critical insights into the health of their Node.js applications.  As I mentioned during our acquisition by AppDynamics, we’ve been given the opportunity to innovate further, leverage the core AppDynamics monitoring infrastructure, and take the Node.js management to an entirely new and unparalleled level.

Please review the FAQ to learn more or feel free to email us any question you may have.

Best Wishes
Dmitri Melikyan
Principal Engineer, AppDynamics Node.js Team
