Three different enablement levels are available to suit partners’ needs. The different levels are shown in the image on the right. A description for each level is provided below as well as the requirements for accreditation.

Level 1 : Position
Level 2 : Demo
Level 3 : POV

Pre Sales Entrance Assessment

This assessment is administered to every new partner. The assessment will test for general application knowledge as well as knowledge of the APM industry.

Level 1: Position

Enables the positioning of AppDynamics within the market space.  Topics covered include qualifying an opportunity, competitive differentiators, and product licensing.

An accreditation exam is required for this level.

Estimated time to complete: 6 hours

Level 2: Demo 

Enables the demonstration of the AppDynamics solution.  Topics covered include key elements of a successful demo, handling common objections, and delivering a demo of the solution.

Requirements for this level include an accreditation exam as well as a practical demo exercise.

Estimated time to complete: 6 hours

Level 3: POV

Enables conducting a POV.  Enablement includes product training with labs, planning and scoping a POV, engaging support, escalation process, and POV best practices. 

Requirements for this level include a Level 3 POV accreditation exam, POV shadowing and successful completion of the AppDynamics Java Pro In Action course (self-guided or instructor-led).
