What you will learn in the Troubleshooting Techniques Course
This half-day Troubleshooting Techniques course is designed for users who conduct more complex troubleshooting sessions to resolve common issues such as: too many database calls, over-synchronization, and resource misuse, and memory leaks. You will also learn to address system bottlenecks and application performance by detecting node problems, using MVC/WebAPI Transactions, and Windows Performance Counters.
In this course, you will champion transaction snapshots and dashboards to view outliers that could be causing problems, showing your team the advantages of AppDynamics from a IT and Business perspective. We will take a deep dive into the use of the memory tab on the node-level dashboard to confirm and troubleshoot a memory leaks and then use the information from the application flow map or Transaction Snapshots to identify which Business Transactions are using database connections.
