Joe Byrne is Vice President of Technology Strategy and Executive CTO at Cisco AppDynamics, where his primary focus is on working with customers and prospects on observability strategy and helping with digital transformations. He also works closely with sales, marketing, product and engineering on product strategy. Prior to AppDynamics, Joe held technology leadership roles at Albertsons, EllieMae and Johnson & Johnson.

Ulf Liljensten is a seasoned technology professional with more than 20 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise analytics and large-scale product development. Today, Ulf is responsible for the ISV segment within SAP on AWS. Prior to joining AWS, Ulf co-founded and served as CTO for Biswise, an SAP consulting partner. Ulf's also held leadership positions at SAP, Intuit, First Data, Sun Microsystems, Quark and Oracle.
