Charles is Forrester’s lead DevOps analyst serving infrastructure and operations professionals globally. He also covers the transformation of “traditional” IT operations organizations into next-generation digital service organizations. Prior to joining Forrester, Charlie was chief architect for ATT’s Signature Client Group, where he was responsible for technical strategy with Fortune 100 clients.

Henry Huang, Sr., TEI Consultant, Forrester Research

Henry is a senior consultant with the Total Economic Impact (TEI) practice of Forrester Consulting. He has an extensive background in technology road mapping, providing strategic direction to organizations. His specialties include ERP, CRM, and security in enterprise environments. Currently, his work focuses on the articulation of business value from technology investments under the TEI framework.

Thomas Wyatt, Chief Strategy Officer, AppDynamics

At AppDynamics, Thomas is responsible for portfolio & technology strategy, corporate development (M&A), growth initiatives, and commercialization of the business. In this role, he also leads AppDynamics’ product integration strategy with Cisco. Previously, he served as Vice President/General Manager of Cisco’s Cloud Analytics Group.  Thomas led product, engineering, and data science teams for a cognitive cloud service that provides customers visibility into application and infrastructure performance.
