AppDynamics Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO–Dec. 28, 2016–AppDynamics, Inc., a leading application intelligence company, announced today that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. AppDynamics has applied to list its common stock on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “APPD.”

Morgan Stanley, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Barclays, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers. William Blair and JMP Securities are acting as co-managers.
