How do I make changes to my conference registration?

You may make changes to your registration information by either utilizing the Returning User Login feature, emailing the AppSphere Registration Team, or calling (844) 359-3523 in the US and Canada or +1 (415) 444-7668, local or international.

What is the payment policy?

You may pay via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. You may also pay by check or wire transfer by October 31. The registration system utilizes secure socket layer (SSL) software, which will encrypt any credit card information you submit.


What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be received in writing and should be submitted to the AppSphere Registration Team. Cancellations received between October 1 and October 31, 2016 will incur a $100 cancellation/processing fee. Any cancellations received between November 1 and November 11 will incur a $200 cancellation/processing fee. Cancellations received after November 11 are non-refundable.

What is the registration transfer policy?

If you are unable to attend AppDynamics AppSphere 2016, you may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to the AppSphere Registration Team with the new attendee's name and contact information by October 31, 2016, 5:00 pm PT. Substitutions requested after this date may be subject to a US$100 transaction fee. Breakout session enrollments, trainings, certifications, and hotel reservations are not transferable.

When will I receive a confirmation letter?

You will receive a registration confirmation upon completion of your registration as well as a final conference confirmation email. Please note that you will receive your final confirmation email once we have processed your registration, received payment for your conference fees, and confirmed your booking with the hotel (if you requested a hotel room). You will receive the email approximately two weeks prior to the conference.

How can I obtain an invoice to provide my company?

Once your registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain the dollar amount of the conference fees associated with your registration. You may use this to submit your expense reports.

How may I request one-on-one meetings in the onsite Executive Briefing Center?

Once you register, please make the request of your AppSphere sales representative.
 

How do I make special requests (dietary needs, physical restrictions, etc.)?

You may indicate special requests when you register. Please email additional requests to the AppSphere Registration Team and we will reasonably attempt to accommodate your needs.
 

What is the dress code for AppSphere?

The dress code is business casual. Please bring a sweater or jacket as the conference rooms may be cool.

May I bring a guest?

Guests are not permitted to attend sessions or the evening events.

Is there an age requirement to attend AppSphere 2016?

Yes. Except as specifically pre-approved in writing by a member of the AppDynamics Registration Team,you must be at least 21 years of age or older to attend AppSphere 2016.

When and where does AppSphere 2016 take place?

It will be held Nov. 14-17, 2016 at the Cosmopolitan hotel, 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. See details about the venue.

How do I book my hotel accommodations?

Please book your room at the Cosmopolitan via our registration system to take advantage of the conference rate. We have negotiated a discounted rate of $219, plus a $25 resort fee and taxes per room per night for all AppSphere attendees. The room rate is available the nights of Sunday, November 13 through Thursday, November 17, 2016 based on availability.

What if I need to change or cancel my hotel?

You may make changes to your hotel reservation by emailing the AppSphere Registration Team or by calling 1 (844) 359-3523 in the US and Canada or +1 (415) 444-7668. You may also log back into the registration website. Hotel cancellations and date changes must be received at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled check in or a minimum of one night’s room stay will be charged.

You may make any pre- or post-show extension requests in the hotel comments box during registration. You will receive an updated registration confirmation with your new hotel dates within 1 week of your request.

How can I obtain a visa in order to attend the conference?

If you require a visa letter for travel, please email the AppSphere Registration Team, who will be able to provide you with one. Note: you must be registered and paid in full to receive the letter.

How do I get to AppSphere 2016?

The nearest airport is McCarran International. Options for ground transportation to and from the airport can be found at www.mccarran.com.
Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation to and from AppSphere 2016 are the responsibility of each attendee. You should book your hotel during the registration process.

How can I justify my trip?

If you need a little help making the case to your boss, we have supplied a letter outlining the reasons why your attendance will be a worthwhile investment for your company.
