Our commitment to customers during the COVID-19 crisis

Dear Customers and Partners,

 

During this unprecedented and difficult time, AppDynamics is committed to providing you with the highest quality service and support while also protecting the health and safety of your and our teams, partners, and extended communities. We recognize that your applications and your ability to conduct digital business are more critical now than ever, and we are committed to continuing to earn the trust you place in us to help ensure your own business continuity.

I want to briefly share with you what we are doing during this time.

First, we have implemented a mandatory work from home policy for all of our employees in order to protect their health and limit the spread of the coronavirus.

We are also fully maintaining our SaaS operations, support offerings for all customers (SaaS and on-premises), and professional services throughout this period by leveraging remote access technologies, including Cisco’s best-in-class productivity and collaboration tools for virtual meetings, support and incident response.

If you have an in-person engagement scheduled with an AppDynamics employee, we will work closely with you to make alternative arrangements to meet virtually. Please don’t hesitate to let us know what you need by contacting your account team, or covid-19_support@appdynamics.com.
